We have been royal customers since its launch, regularly going over the weekend. Yesterday we had lunch at 6:15 and it was busy. Food was good as usual and we ordered our usual ceviche sampler and loved it. We tried out two new dishes: seasonal seafood soup and sirloin on linguine, both well done and yummy. The new waiter forgot to put in one of the three entrees and it didn’t come till after the other two entrees were consumed. We were put off a little bit but didn’t complain. But the store manager came on her own and apologized and explained the waitress was new and she waived the charge for the delayed entree, which was a very nice gesture. We highly recommend this place for the delicious food and superb service.

First, we were told everyone at the table had to order off the same menu—it was not permitted for one person to order off the regular menu and others to do the brunch menu, although the last time we were there we could order off whichever menu we wanted. This was very inconvenient as some of our party did not want to order the brunch, but did so others could. Second, many items that we were served were not what we ordered and had to be corrected. My husband asked for his dessert to be boxed for take home. However, his was served and mine boxed up! The brunch cost was supposed to be $33 per person, plus any upcharge. When the check arrived everything was itemized instead of the $33, and we were overcharged—by $10 in one case. But at this point everything had been such a hassle that we just paid to get out of there! We were so disappointed because our previous experience had been delightful.

It was a pleasant evening and dinner with friends, at a nice table by the lively bar area. Food was delicious, white sangria refreshing, and our server Rodrigo attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome.

The food was incredible I have made my family new fans of the place!! Setting is beautiful, servíce could have been better but it was a busy night . Will come back soon

The food was fantastic, the drinks were excellent, but even better than that was the service. Everyone who came by our table was so friendly and eager to be there. Thanks for making my wife’s birthday a great experience.

First time at the restaurant so needed some guidance as to what to order. Rodrigo was our server and was excellent. Made great recommendations. Food was great. Even hamburger option was very good. Ceviche traditional and Callejero were recommended and were delicious . Also tostados and empanadas good. Tasty cocktail menu. Try the where there’s smoke!!
