We got to the restaurant looking forward to eating and having bottomless brunch which was for my friends birthday and the restaurant had closed down. No email or phone call. Absolutely disgusting

I would be extremely wary of booking a table in advance here. My boyfriend and I booked two tables for my birthday, and while the experience on the day was pleasant, a few days later we each received a charge of £70 from PizzaBuzz. When I raised it with the manager via email (as advised by his staff when I tried to speak with him over the phone), he replied informing me that this was due to a drop in guest numbers that I requested. However, I called to change my guest numbers before the deadline stated in my confirmation email. When I emailed him to inform him of this, along with sharing a snapshot of my confirmation email, he then replied stating that the policy had changed THAT DAY and that they had informed Open Table about this. I then replied to him requesting a copy of the old and new policies, and further questioned him on the reason behind my boyfriend's £70 charge when he in fact had not changed his guest numbers at all. This email was sent on 19/12/18, and to date (7/1/19) I have not heard back. Upon contacting Open Table they confirmed that they had not received any such correspondence from PizzaBuzz. In the end I had to raise a chargeback through my bank to reclaim the money. It is clear to me that there are some extremely dishonest practices that occur at PizzaBuzz, and they are most likely in breech of contractual law and contravening consumer protection laws. While it may be safe to go without making a reservation (I do not know, as I have not tried this), I would strongly advise against making a booking and sharing any card information with them. It was a great shame, as it brought a cloud over an otherwise enjoyable evening with good food and company. I would also like to make clear that this is not a reflection of the staff I encountered on the day, who were all professional and helpful.

It’s should be Pizza de-buzz!!!!! We went for my birthday and a girlie catch up. Before our meal we got told that the meal deal that we pre booked for which was the pizza & bottomless has now come off the menu and that I should have received and email and if not an email a text.......I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY UPDATE!! So to not ruin the evening we ended up with pizza and we bought 3 bottles of cava separately. we asked them to keep them chilled. we had our 2 bottles finished our meal and went to order more FOOD and asked for our 3rd bottle the gentleman then suggested that we had drunk all 3 of our bottles. We were offended by the way we were spoken to ! We then decided to leave after being spoken to rudely and with no care. It’s a shame because the food was delicious but service was disgraceful !!!

I've booked a 90 min bottomless Prosecco and pizza offer for 29 pounds for a group of people. When we turned up, we've been told that the offer is now 60 min only and 10 pounds more. I've been told that someone sent an email to inform about the changes -I've never received any email.

Nice pizza, but felt last minute Price increase and reduction to the all inclusive drinks duration for Xmas was unfair. Didn't find out until we arrived and despite booking at the regular rate they refused to honour it. staff were very apologetic though. Bit disappointed since we've been three times before and had a great evening.

When I arrived with my group we were told that we couldn't have the prosecco option as I hadn't pre-booked it, we have been to the 'frunch' before and haven't had to pre-book this and it was fine. Plus there isn't an option online to do this, so this was frustrating.

I booked a tabke for 11 people weeks in advance for a birthday meal. When we got there it took 15 minutes for someone to seat us, (it was a chef in the end) on a table luckily with JUST enough seats (it wasn’t reserved). The place was packed so I completely understand the wait and business of the staff. When ordering and paying we were all greeted by an extremely rude manager or even owner who was visibly very stressed. He was shouting at his staff between serving myself and friends and was short when ordering drinks. The staff looked embarrassed and overworked but he didn’t seem to care. It was appalling. We went for the bottomless deal where we were given Tesco own cava and other mismatches of alcohol, as the prosecco tap wasn’t in order, nor was the water tap, so icecream cups of water (60ml ish) were given to those who asked for it. I had stated in my booking that all 11 of us would be partaking in the bottomless prosecco deal, so to have warm Tesco cava was hilarious. The overall service was amazing by the pizza making staff and other service people, but was severely let down by the stressed out manager who made us all feel extremely uncomfortable the whole time. We were told to not lose our ticket as we have an hour and a half for drinks. Which was fine. But there were tables who had clearly been there longer who were still drinking who didn’t seem to be needing to show their ticket. We felt singled out for being a late booking after a busy shift. I was embarrassed to bring my friends to Pizza Buzz as I’d been several times before and had a great experience, but this time would be my last...

Absolutely rubbish experience with you. The manager was really rude to everyone - including staff working there (which was embarrassing, and we felt sorry for the two guys working there). When we arrived we were told our party had to sit across two seperate tables and wouldn’t approach us to discuss the situation. He was seriously negative, considering the place only had two parties of people there when we arrived. Wasn’t a relaxing and fun experience - felt like a regimented brunch. Had to wait for everyone to get served before we could have a drink. Wouldn’t recommend going for a bottomless brunch - felt like we had to rush to get the most out of our 90mins! Pizza was really tasty though.

We bought a deal of pizza and free flowing prosecco. The pizzas were great and the prosecco definitely free flowing. The restaurant was quiet but it was a Monday lunchtime so understandable.
