   Every once in a while we dine somewhere and wonder if the kitchen is recovering from covid since the salt level is beyond normal. The salad was big and simple but over salted, we got two pizzas, also extremely salty. Maybe the cheese blend needs a rework. Maybe someone is going wild with the saltpig. We love pizza and grew up on Vito & Nicks, Fox’s, Burt’s, Pequods and routinely have tavern pizzas all over town, this one missed hard for us - even made us both a little sick.

   Pizza was fantastic. Also got the Cesar salad and focaccia which were great. Perfect amount for two people and we had leftovers. Can’t recommend this place enough, we’ll be back soon!

   Was so excited to try this spot & it did not disappoint!! Special chopped salad & meatballs were amazing. Hot honey & pepperoni pairing for the pizza was 10/10. Has such a cute vibe as well! Will be back!!

   This pizza is just about as good as it gets when it comes to tavern style. The crust is cracker thin and crisp, even in the very center. Run, do no walk, to Pizz’Amici.

    Easily top 3 tavern style pizza in Chicago as it had a great crunch/crispiness on the crust, but also hearty.
