   We PREPAID per person for a birthday outing to be packed like sardines on the patio where you were either freezing or had your head burning from direct heat from open heaters on top. Most disappointing that we took grandma for her birthday where she could not get in and out easily from the table and then they never brought out dessert or sang to her when it was noted and I called and spoke to someone and then reminded the hostess when we were being seated and a fourth time to the waiter! Then I tried to make it up by purchasing a shirt there and no one could find the correct sizing or help us. We do taxes for many RPM employees and this was a disappointment unfortunately or would have given a higher rating.

   Delicious food and service . I just didn't enjoy the river view because the patio isn't private, and people walking along River Walk can sit almost on top of you.

   Melissa was the best waitress! So kind and thoughtful. We mentioned in a side conversation that we wanted to try the hot honey pizza but were not going to order it, and she brought us a side of hot honey to add to the pizza we ordered. She also brought us a free dessert and made amazing recommendations. Great experience!
