    The service is excellent! The staff are all very friendly. Loved the Mezcal Margarita! We had the Spanish board, mushrooms and shishito peppers. All of the food was very good. We will definitely be back!

    Chef Brian was exceptional!! Everything about this place was amazing. Highly recommended food, drinks, the people who work there everything!! Definitely going back again

    I have been visiting this place for a few years. I was recommended to visit for Justin's Margaritas, so I did. Then I ordered the smoked anchovies, and that was it. I was hooked on anchovies for the first time in my life. I was there last night to taste the burger I had heard so much about from others, and I now understand why I have heard so much about it. It was the most unique and exquisite burger I have ever tasted. If cameras are in the restaurant, they will catch me taking deep breaths with my eyes closed as I savored most of the bites. Everything I have eaten there has left everlasting footprints on my spirit. I am a food enthusiast and a cook, so I know. I highly recommend this tapas restaurant. The Head Chef, Brian, is gifted beyond words, and the staff and ambiance all match his passion and love for service and hospitality. This is not a place you think about visiting. This is a place you make time to visit. Oh, and Justin's Margaritas made me fall in love with Margaritas.

    We have been to Plancha a few times over a year or so. Nice choices of tapas and "boards" which will consist of cheeses, meats, some fruit and bread. The boards I think are a bit overpriced for the quantity of meat and cheese served. The tapas choices are more reasonably priced.

    Food, wine and ambience were excellent. Service was great and they were also very accommodating with our reservation even though full - moving it later when some in our party ran late.

    We actually didn't know that Plancha was the sister restaurant to Salumi, (which we really already enjoy) when we went to dinner. So while we were initially disappointed in not having the new restaurant experience it quickly turned around. We tried as many of the dishes that were different from Salumi, and they were delicious, including the White Clam Flatbread, the octopus with squid ink pasta. It was all great and the server was attentive and informative. Good restaurant.

    It’s incredible what this team can turn out in such a small kitchen space. Food is flavorful and consistent. Service is spot-on, helpful, and accommodating even when the place is completely full, and despite the density of people at times they are always calm - making the whole experience enjoyable.
