We arrived at the restaurant for our 8:15pm appointment our table was not ready and they seated us at the bar to wait for a table. We waited for almost 30mins only to find out we were not able to get a seat where we requested to be seated. Waited another 1hr after ordering the food to receive it. When the food finally arrived the T-bone stake was cold when I advised the waiter he told me he will ask the chef to reheat it. I just asked for the check and paid the bill and left.

How could it get any better than enjoying a light dinner and cocktails on a beautiful rooftop patio watching the sunset and the full moon rise . Our server Martina was just the right amount of attentive and even tracked down a piece of gluten free chocolate cake for me. All in all a great evening!

We had such a wonderful waiter - Wilker. He was meticulous in describing the food selections and was spot on in pointing us in the perfect direction.

Our server Martina was friendly, professional, courteous. Her recommendations for what to order was spot on. Ambience great, beautiful views of Cayman, lively music ( but not too loud). Our food selections were delicious. The octopus appetizers, entree steak !! Excellent. Will definitely return to Pom Pom

Our first night in Grand Cayman. Dinner at Pom Pom was delicious and such a beautiful view. Excellent service by Tomáš. We will be back for sure!

We were unable to get a table outside, so we decided to book dinner at another restaurant and simply go to PomPom for pre-dinner drinks. We had one glass of wine each (3 guest) did not want to request separate bills, so we paid with cash. The waiter informed us it would take some time as they needed to get cash from downstairs for change, 15 min later we will still waiting. The waiter did not come back to us, we went to the bar asked for our money back and paid by debit card. I understand debit is more efficient BUT to provide real customer service a float should be kept for occasional instances.
