Wholesome, simple, stimulating, real Chinese food from the next generation of the Poon's Restaurant group.

"My aim is to challenge & improve people's perception & experience of Chinese food. There is so much more to Chinese cuisine than Sweet & Sour Pork & Fried Rice.

The Chinese have a deep relationship with their food. We don't greet each other with 'hello,' 'good morning,' or 'how are you?' .... Instead, we say 'Have you eaten?’ & ‘Have you eaten?' is certainly my favourite question.
