Prime 141 celebrates the love of food and friends!

Our menu pays homage to American steakhouse classics at the same time encourages our guests to explore innovative interpretations and nontraditional additions. Prime 141 offers an expertly curated menu that spotlights superior steaks, amazing sides, rad juice by the glass and yummy craft cocktails.

Our mood, service and menu are inspired from our culinary explorations, work and travels spanning nearly 40 years, 20 years developing world class restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, 18 years raising our family right here in Southern Highlands.

For us Southern Highlands is HOME, we want Prime 141 to be warm, welcoming, experiential, and delicious.

    Valentines Day is typically a tough day to get good food. Prime wasn’t full which surprised us. Unfortunately both our steaks were undercooked to the point we couldn’t eat them without taking them home & reheating.

    Reluctant to try since they opened because of the auto grad @ 22%. The meal and the service made up for it. We will be back.

    I did not realize that the restaurant automatically added a 22% tip to the entire bill, even on drinks!! It was not that crowded and multiple servers standing around shooting the bull. I normally tip 25+% especially if the food/service is excellent, but I want to be the customer deciding what amount to tip, not the restaurant! I will not be going back.

    Brooke and the whole team were terrific. Food was perfect too. The crab cake was amazing too!
