We had a party of 6 and arrived on time. After being seated, a couple next to us was in a heated conversation. A few minutes later, the man was extremely intoxicated and was berating his wife/girlfriend. I got up from the table and asked to speak to the manager and told her what was happening at that table. She said that she’d take care of it. The next thing you know, the poor waitress, was at the table explaining to him why the wouldn’t give him another bottle of wine. The man continues to insult the woman, very loudly, I return to the hostess desk and tell them that something needs to be done now. Finally, a manager comes out and after 5 minutes they finally leave. The area around us all claps!! What horrible management. This behavior should’ve been shut down before I intervened two times. The food was ok. I would not go back.

We have always loved going to Prime 47. But last nights dinner was such a disappoinment. We ordered the bone in ribeye medium. What we got was medium rare at best. But the most disappointing thing the server got out his little flash light and apologized for the bad lighting. He told us the steak was a nice medium but if we wanted he would have it cooked more. But when you send it back its usually over done. Barely ate any of the steak. The waitress that was helping did take 50% off of the steak. But thats not what we wanted. We just wanted to enjoy a nice steak cooked correctly. But, that was never offered.

Delicious food, great service, everything we could have wanted for a perfect Valentines Day dinner. The Wagyu (American Gold) was the most tender I’ve ever had - worth the price!

We go out to a very nice restaurant 3-4 times per year and wish we would have skipped this one. What a huge waste of money. All the food was cold and I mean cold. We told the server and she asked if she could take it back to warm it up. Really?! Warm a $300 dinner for two up? It should have been made new again so it didn’t dry out the wagyu. She tried to say she got it straight from The chef and should have been hot. The filets looked like they’ve been sitting for 30 minutes with the other food. I barely ate half since it was so cold and also way undercooked from how we ordered it. The server said she was going to talk to the manager but then came back and said to order 1 dessert on the house. We’ll never go back here again. Had a much better dinner at Outback Steakhouse the next day where everything was hot and fresh as well as cooked perfectly. Waste of $300

Whole dinner we felt rushed. We ordered a caprese salad and bread, we never received the bread. Or filet was very good but the baked potato was not done. We have eaten here many times and never been disappointed but this time not so good .

A five star review isn’t anywhere near enough for our experience at Prime47. I don’t think I’ve ever had better service and every interaction with the staff was so polite and professional. We had an amazing evening and left feeling like royalty. Oh and the food is incredible too ;)
