   上司とのディナーのために利用しました。 サラダのシェアも快くしていただけました。ステーキの肉は日本人好みではないかもしれませんがまさにアメリカのステーキで美味しいです。

   A Pre-Show Dinner to Remember at Prime & Provisions ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were a party of two looking for a great dinner spot before our 7PM show at the Cadillac Theater just down the street, and wow, Prime & Provisions delivered in every way possible! From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely top-notch—warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun. Our waiter Drew and the assistant waiter Saturnino went above and beyond to make the experience special. Their energy was infectious—full of smiles, laughter, and that perfect balance of attentive without being overbearing. Drew in particular was excellent at guiding us through the menu based on our preferences without ever trying to upsell—just thoughtful, curated recommendations that turned out to be spot on. We started with small bites of the steak tartare and caviar—both were fantastic and something I’d absolutely order again. For the main course, I went with the filet mignon, perfectly cooked and enhanced by their signature steak seasoning that really set it apart. But the unexpected star of the meal? The roasted Brussels sprouts with pork belly—hands down one of the best sides I’ve ever had. I could happily eat a plate of just that. To top it all off, Drew surprised us with a little something special for dessert, which came with some added entertainment thanks to Saturnino—such a fun and delightful ending to an already memorable evening. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite before a show or a long, luxurious dinner with friends or colleagues, Prime & Provisions is the place to go. Just make sure you’ve got some room in the budget—worth every penny, but definitely a splurge. Can’t wait to come back!

   We sat at the bar for happy hour and Matt, the bartender, took great care of us. We ordered cosmopolitans and dirty martinis and they were very well made. The oysters were fresh and delicious.

   It was our first time here after several rave reviews and we weren’t too impressed. It was my fiancés birthday and they sat us right outside the kitchen so a very heavy traffic area. Not a best start to this experience. We ordered a filet and the wagyu NY strip. The NY strip was pretty much all fat. We took 2 bites and ended up sending it back. We have had wagyu before and this was far from that especially for the price. The waiter started off great and then became less attentive as our meal went on. We won’t be back here unfortunately especially since hearing such great things about this restaurant.

   Superb service and excellent meal. Steak was cooked to perfection and lavender salt was a great touch. Lobster macaroni and cheese was decadent. Absolutely worth the visit.

   Went for our Anniversary dinner and everything we ordered was served within reasonable time. The waiter was very friendly and informative. The steaks we ordered were very flavorful, the salad and soup were also very delicious. Lastly for dessert the leche cake had the right amount of sweetness to end dinner. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

   I’ve been to many fine restaurants in and around Chicago and Prime & Provisions Steakhouse never disappoints. In my opinion it’s the best restaurant in Illinois.

    We enjoyed every touch point throughout our experience. The staff was so accommodating to our family of seven, including our grandchildren. The elevated sides were seasoned to perfection and the steaks lived up to the hype! We are grateful!
