Prime Steak and Raw Bar is hands down the best steakhouse in Burlington. The ambience, food and service are always top-notch. There is a Japanese influence infused into the menu. This and getting to pick your own steak knife from their wooden box makes them stand apart from other steakhouses. My favourite dishes include the Surf & Turf Maki, Heirloom Burrata, Parmesan Truffle Frites, Sesame Sautéed Broccolini, and any of their steaks!

PRIME is first class. We enjoyed creative and well cooked Valentines dinners. Everyone working that busy night helped make our night one to remember. Everything was perfect

We had one of the best dinners we’ve ever eaten at this restaurant, and we are foodies so that is saying something. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere and ambiance was intimate and classy. But let’s talk about the FOOD! Ugh! I splurged and tried the certified A5 Kobe, and it did not disappoint! It was incredibly buttery, tender, and perfectly cooked to temp, I couldn’t get enough. We’ve been to Japan and had A5 Kobe and Wagyu, and this was right up top with the cuts we had there. The sides were nothing short of phenomenal! We also had the sushi assortment with maki, nigiri and sashimi and it was mouth watering. I wish we lived right next door to this place, but I guess it’s better for my wallet that we don’t. If you’re considering eating here, DO IT!

Service and atmosphere was solid. Mains (steaks and black cod) were very good. Unfortunately the sushi was poor… clear that it had been sitting around for several days and was a little off. Rice was also poor. Would never order sushi there again.

First time at this restaurant and it surpassed every expectation. We dine out frequently and were just very impressed with the amazing level of service and the atmosphere but the food just blew us away. We had the taste of Burlington menu so it was also an amazing value. Thank you Lefty! We will definitely be back.

The restaurant was busy but several tables were empty. Seems a little dark and dated. We sat in the middle of the restaurant and were constantly bumped into. We did ask to move to another area but were told the restaurant was booked solid. The food was good. Not great and not worth the money imo . There are other steakhouses/restaurants in Burlington and Hamilton that are far superior and worth the investment . A night out is an indulgence and should be top notch …from service to food. The hostess was not really helpful, and was a bit dismissive. Skip this place.
