You will be enjoying this experience in a comfortable dining setting nestled approximately 30 feet underground in caverns that were hand built in the 1800s. The caverns were discovered by accident while constructing our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex. It was at that point that we knew we had to repurpose this piece of history into the most unique dining experience in the area.

Join us in collaboration w/ Phoenix Brewing Company as we partner in a 6 course dinner experience. We'll pair dishes w/ selected beers. You'll be 30 ft underground in historic caverns dating back to the 1800's, originally built to ferment and store lager. With our caverns' rich brewing history and prohibition possibilities matched with one of the area's most renowned modern breweries, this is an event you surely should not miss. Limited seating, we will sell out at 30 max guests for this event. Credit card required for reservation, cancellation fee of $25 per guest if not communicated at least 24 hours before the event date and time. Payment for the event to be made the night of the event. $85 per person plus sales tax and gratuity.
