Propagation Whiskey Bar and Kitchen brings a refined dining experience to historic Downtown Plant City. Featuring a carefully curated menu by Chef Rocco Taliani, our restaurant is home to over 175 whiskeys and a full cocktail bar. Guests can enjoy formal dining in our elegant dining room or relax with a cocktail in the inviting Palmer Room. Every detail at Propagation has been thoughtfully designed, from the custom shelving and liquor lockers to the beautifully restored original floors from 1909. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing a memorable whiskey experience.

                                              We LOVE dinner at Propagation. However, the brunch menu and experience may be my favorite! The food is consistently delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

                                              Food was excellent and our server Kathleen was great. My wife had the salmon said it was great. I had the filet it was cooked perfect. We will be dining there again.

                                              Girls weekend for Strawberry festival brought us here. Tried some new Bourbons and enjoyed the food, had the pork chop which was amazing and big! Thank you!

                                              Finally a go to in plant city. date night or quick bite this place has it! service,food and management all tightly wrapped. treat yourself and hook a table.

                                              Our server tonight was Hector. He was great. Attentive without being overbearing. Amazing. We are so lucky this is so close. A wonderfully tasting meal tonight started with the burrata with fried green tomatoes, sliced watermelon radish, Granny Smith apple, baby lettuce tossed in fig and honey balsamic all on a base of beet hummus this was so refreshing. My wife had a huge filet cooked perfectly. I had King Salmon. The place has an extensive Bourbon and Whiskey menu as well. We’ve found a new favorite. We had 2 cocktails as well. With tip we spent $185. We won’t do it like this every time but this was my wife’s first and I wanted it to be something special for her. They have an outdoor courtyard with table top fireplaces. This place has it all. We already can’t wait to go back.

                                              One of a handful of restaurants in the area that provide a really high level dining experience. This was our first time visiting. Menu was well thought out with attention to those little details and extra touches that make you think, “Ooh, I’d really like to try that.” Food did not disappoint, it was as good as it sounded, with extra points for the glazed carrots, jerk chicken, curried broccoli, all of which were superlative. The best thing we ate was the smore brownie with a marshmallow foam that they torch tableside. The salted caramel sauce that comes with the brownie really elevated the dessert to a wow level. The depth of selection on the drink menu is impressive. Great ambience, reasonable noise level, quick and attentive service. Overall a great dining experience I would recommend to others, particularly those persons in the area looking to impress someone.

                                              The service is impeccable every time I have been! There is a wide variety of delicious appetizer and meal choices. The entertainment by High Noon band on the patio was outstanding! Highly Recommend.

                                              We went for brunch and it was great! My husband had eh Elvis French Toast and I had the OG Roots breakfast. We had beignets for an appetizer. Everything tasted so fresh and just amazing flavors. Staff was very friendly. Casey, our server, also said the evening dinners and especially the Chef specials are a great reason to come back and visit. We told some of our friends immediately after the visit.
