   Excellent food. Great service. Amazing location. Not too noisy. Plenty of space to sit. Loved the experience. Went as a family with grandparents and enjoyed it very much.

    First they lost my booking after confirming 3 of the booking confirmation requests. The wait service was poor. After taking our initial order no one came around to see if we needed drink refills or how our food was. The food was good, but a bit pricey. I ordered the fish and that’s what I got. For $42 I got fish on a plate with a buttered pepper sauce. No veg, no other side. Also, cheap brown paper napkins made it feel like we were eating in a cafeteria. To be fair, it was busy, but professionals should be able to handle busy times. I would not choose to go here again with so many other exceptional places in Melbourne that are better value.

    Hi Patty, Thanks for sharing your feedback, while visiting Melbourne for the GP. I'm sorry to hear about some of the issues you faced while joining us in Pure South Kitchen, our casual bistro. Our fish is flown in from Tassie a few times a week, we've passed on the feedback to our chefs regarding this dish, along with your service-related comments. Thanks again
