   A truly memorable experience. Dining at the chef’s table was such a gift. The food was not only delicious but through the chef’s use of artistic expression he transformed the dish into a work of art. To heighten the experience, we learned the heritage of each dish and were honored to meet the family at the end of the meal. Thank you for such a special evening that exceeded our expectations and ranks as one of our best dining experiences in Dallas.

   I found this to be one of my top three food experiences ever!! The 7-course chef’s table experience in the kitchen was a joy!! To see the coordination, precision, and attention to detail with which my meal was prepared did not even begin to prepare me for how beautifully presented, expertly prepared, and mind-blowingly delicious every bite was!! I don’t often find myself in Dallas, but I might actually have to take another trip down there just to eat at this restaurant again!! Worth every penny!! Absolutely amazing!!!

   I wished there was more communication as to when to show up. You will not be let in until your designated time slot. And if the restaurant is running behind, there is no way of knowing until you’re turned away at the door. Overall the food was great, there just needs to be more communication on the restaurant’s part on arriving.

   Imagine if you were invited to a close friend’s home on a cold saturday night after a rough week. You are craving some good, non-judgmental conversation, some laughs, a freshly cooked home meal, and to feel fully content in heart, belly, and mind. that’s what this experience was. topped off with a beautiful culinary and cultural tour of the best food from central Mexico.
