Quarter Circle is a new seasonal restaurant with a bar and lounge located inside the Main Lodge at Flathead Lake Lodge in Bigfork, Montana. Open Wednesday-Saturday from December-March, this year's menu features Spanish-style tapas, beautiful salads and flavorful entrees, as well as a Spanish wine list and cocktails. Chef Rob Clagett is at the helm of the culinary experience and guests will find many locally sourced ingredients in his thoughtful dishes. Seated Bar offers our full menu. The lounge offers our tapas menu. Both Bar/Lounge are walk-in only.

Reservations of 8+ people need to be made directly by calling us at 406-837-7302.
We do not accept reservations via email or voicemail.
Bar/Lounge is walk-in only.

Holiday Hours: CLOSED New Year's Eve. OPEN New Year's Day

                                                Quarter Circle is a very special place. We had been waiting for them to open, and we were not disappointed. Great food, great service, and the setting at The Flathead Lake Lodge is what living in Montana is all about. From the roaring fire, and the taxidermy mounts to the saddles displayed upstairs the ambience is something to experience, as access is normally only available if you are a guest during their regular season. We will be back for sure.

                                                Quarter Circle has much going for it. , yet fell short for me in a few areas. The dining area is located next to a beautiful fireplace that has a seating area in front where patrons can sit and chat and enjoy a drink. unfortunately, those sitting there the evening we were there and enjoying themselves were quite loud and I found it disruptive during the meal as we were sitting right next to that area. The background music they play is quite lovely. We had the crab bisque which was outstanding, but the portion was small and for the money I felt short changed. I had a mushroom risotto dish, which was good but again the portion was quite small and felt that for $32 It was not a good value.  the interior has a lovely Montana Lodge decor. The seating is spaced out very nicely so you don’t feel encroached by other tables. The service is some of the best I’ve had in any restaurant, including a few Michlen’s I have been to. The staff attitude and proper attentiveness is outstanding .

                                                Love the ambiance, and that the lodge is quiet while dining. Best "quiet" spot in Bigfork. The food was very flavorful and good. Different for Bigfork in that it is of Spanish influence. The tapas were my favorite part of the meal. We will be back. We were there within the first week of reservations, so the things that give this a smaller rating the 5 is slow service at the beginning, and overcooked halibut, but I attribute that to working out the kinks. Love everything about what they are doing. And great transformation of the space for the winter pop-up restaurant.

                                                We went the third night since opening. Stuck to the palapas and the delicious (and affordably priced) Spanish wines so we could try several things. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The service and ambience is stellar. A big reason why you’d come here. Already booked for a return visit.

                                                Quarter Circle is that go to restaurant when you want a quiet, cozy atmosphere, great food and impeccable service. The menu offers a wide range of dishes from steak to fresh seafood, all beautifully presented. Booking through open table only allows for a maximum of eight people, but we were able to add a few more by contacting the restaurant directly. We will definitely be stopping in frequently this winter to have a drink by the huge, roaring fire!

                                                Amazing…..I don’t use the word lightly. The Tapas were wonderfully diverse. Some unique appetizers. The crab bisque was as delicious as you’ll find. The Oxtail and the Breast of Chicken- cooked uniquely and perfectly. And the service. Someone knows what they’re doing both in hiring and training. It’s a new concept..but the execution is outstanding.
