We booked a reservation 3 weeks in advance for my daughters 16th bday. We wanted the 2nd floor with the Lakeside view. We did not get that. Our first impression walking in was to a gentleman, clearly frustrated and barking orders to the host that tables were not set up for parties that were arriving . instead of helping, he sits on the couch and plays on his phone. Our reservations were supposed to be 8pm, we were seated 30 mins later than our scheduled time. When we were finally escorted to our seats, my daughter sat in a wet chair and soaked her bday dress . We waited another 30 mins to receive water and another 20 mins to be asked what we wanted to order for a drink. When we were finally able to order food, the items we ordered were not available. Needless to say, the service was subpar. The bathrooms were utterly disgusting, There was water & toilet paper all over the floors, the sinks were so nasty, I leaned up to wash my hands and my dress was soaked. I couldn't put my purse down to wash my hands because the sinks were so filthy & soaked. Probably one of the top most unsanitary restrooms i have experienced in what is supposed to be an upscale restaurant. We asked for a manager 3 times, never showed up. The recommended sushi items we received were good and the view from outside was nice, wish we had that. All in all, a waste of money and time for such a beautiful venue. We will not be going back .
