Had a great time tasting their Valentine’s menu which had top notch quality of mouth watering wagu beef. Music playlist was lovely and allowed us to talk comfortably without over -powering Hosts & servers were kind and welcoming The place is Cozy & Romantic perfect for a date Ohhh and the Coconut crème brûlée was delicious 😋

I had an incredible experience at RA Sushi. The Valentine's menu was absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious options that made the evening unforgettable. Our server, Brian, was fantastic, guiding us through the menu and recommending some really great drinks that perfectly complemented our meal. The onion soup and salad were outstanding, and the coconut crème brûlée for dessert was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Highly recommend this place for a special occasion or just a great night out!

Overall the California roll with miso soup and uchi no salad was somewhat enjoyable.

Had to send my sushi back b/c it had seeds on it which was my fault for not telling them. It took 25 min for it to come back out. Food was okay but over priced for the amount.

Seems management didn’t manage their people… arrived and sat at dirty table. 4 of 4 chairs food or soy sauce spilled on. Haphazardly corrected. Dirty seats pushed to next table and other guests sat in it after telling mgr. Sushi served with No wasabi/ginger (you have to ask for it). No soy cause on table, no plates provided etc. Wait staff kind… management/support staff DISFUNCTIONAL it seems. It’s a shame as food was good. Experience was poor especially after mentioning difficulties to GM… basically could care very little. We should have walked after being seated. My mistake.

Food was great when it first opened. None of the sushi tasted fresh the waitress was very kind but seemed burnt out and tired. The 6 of us there were very unpleased with our food

LOUD! SOULLESS, UNCOMFORTABLE, RUSHED... not dining just eating. Good sushi, not exceptional, but good. We won't go again.

Made a last-minute reservation online as we were in the area and I remembered seeing this restaurant being built several months back. Restaurant had a slight chlorine smell as you entered but we were hungry and with the family so we kept on. We were quickly seated. Server did not introduce themselves, explain the menu/restaurant etc but did appear in a timely manner. Felt as though the server did not want to answer any questions and was sort of dismissive. Didn't realize the restaurant was more of a chain restaurant vs a sushi restaurant until I saw the menu and the sushi roll descriptions. Nonetheless we asked to clarify the items inside a pretty standard roll, just in case, and the server didn't seem confident in their response but also did not seek confirmation from other staff. The rolls came out with a different ingredient inside the roll than it normally has so we had to send back. One appetizer and my husband's entree never came out either, nor did the server notice until we mentioned it. Though they offered to send the item to be made immediately we declined as the rest of the family had already finished their meals and we did not want to stay any longer. Nothing was comp'ed (?sp) from the bill for the inconvenience or any apology made. Has the potential to be much better if they work on service. The food we did have was good. Pricing is a bit high for what you get (e.g., Katsu chicken is almost $30 for just the chicken and a small slaw, no rice, and about the same in quality as something you could get at a counter like Bento for half the price). The surrounding area is great for a date night or family dinner.
