   Horrific experience. We decided to have a 4 year old birthday dinner there. Host was rude. Waited an hour for the kids meals and one of the grilled cheese sandwiches were rock hard. Waited hours for our food with absolutely nothing. We’re advised that they didn’t have specific things after an hour of waiting and still waiting an additional hour with no food. Ended up cancelling all of our orders to just have the cake. Asked for the cake to be brought out and waitress brought it back out closed and in the box. We were in absolute shock.. and decided to just unbox and sing happy birthday ourselves. Plates and utensils weren’t brought out so we had to contact the manager. It was an absolute DISASTER! The waitress was frustrated because we expressed our concerns and also caught an attitude as if we were in the wrong. Everyone left hungry and we will never come back to this establishment.

   Server took our order and then took 40 minutes to deliver our drinks we only got water and sprites and the food took over an hour and ten minutes to get to our table - it was not even busy at the time we went. Food was extremely over cooked and tasteless. I know they are closing but this was an unfortunate dining experience- we felt forgotten about.

   Our server was fantastic, his recommendations were on point. Whoever came up with the concept for the rainforest cafe must have studied children perfectly, anytime my toddler was about to lose it- the animals would make their sounds or there would be a thunderstorm which engaged him. We were able to sit down and enjoy a full meal together, which rarely happens when we go out with the kids.

   Fun if you have kids under 10, to say the food was subpar is overrated- most bar/pub food anywhere else is better- but its about the experience right…. If they would overhaul their menu and incorporate fresh ingredients would get to 4 stars.
