   Overall staff was friendly. Very helpful and accommodating, but our food took almost an hr after us placing our order and my toddlers burger buns were pretty hard. The food was okay. Not bad but not great. Definitely would not be my first choice in restaurants. However, the rainforest aspect is really the only reason we went.

   First time to the experience and it didn't disappoint. Very cool atmosphere and definitely a place to bring the young kids to experience the animals with actual Thunder and Lightning.. The food was delicious and definitely will return for a another experiance..

   Love this restaurant with all my heart! First time I went was when I was 8 years old here I am 35 now and still love it. My wife and kids love it as well and we always have a great time. Food is great my son gets the kids pizza with Mac and cheese. My daughter gets the chicken nuggets with fruit my wife gets chicken and shrimp pasta and I always have to go with the Beastly burger medium rare with fries. Never fails we always have a blast here the service is great food is great and the environment is awesome!!

   Our server was awesome, sorry I don't remeber her name. Atmosphere was so fun. The food is okay and was to be expected. It was so expensive, even though I understand inflation, still too expensive. Maybe smaller portions will a lower price. We took a lot of food home. The mozzarella flatbread was good, just didn't get cut all the way through and was hard to pick up, we had to cut it. Thank you to our amazing server, she was such a sweet and attentive, down to earth person. We loved her.

   Our waiter took forever to get us our food and we only ordered salads. It was very uncomfortable and very dark. Should be a little bit lighter in there.

   We arrived close to closing time because of traffic but the staff was super friendly and did not rush us at all. We had excellent service and a great first experience. Thank you, Rainforest Crew!!

   Food good but marked smaller portions then used to be. Service slow to start but only 1 server for the entire restaurant that we saw, he was very nice though and attentive when he did get around to us

   I absolutely love their food. The chef consistently nails every dish. The flavors are always on point. The only issue I had was when one of my orders didn't arrive, and we had to wait quite a while for it. However, once it did arrive, they were really generous and compensated me for three items on my receipt, plus gave me credit for my next visit, which was a nice touch.
