   Overall, everything was excellent the food the experience I had a wonderful time. The only thing I could complain about was the food was kind of expensive.

   Had a very poor server. Tried to order something that she referred to as disgusting so we didn’t order it. Fish tacos came out cold. It took 73 minutes for our food to come out. We were seated 30 minutes late. Never got drink refills. Bill came, gave number for rewards and was told we had none even though the app showed we had rewards. Will not be returning back to this location.

   Lately I have noticed that the restaurant is getting slower in service, food takes forever and this time my food had no flavor whatsoever. It was kind of frustrating because my child and I love this place. I am not eager to come back for food.

   Emily was a very good and attentive server. We went with our grandkids and for us, the restaurant is about them not the food. The kid 4 and 7 , loved it!!! Lots of fun and visual stimulation for them. Lots of kids food choices and healthy sides like fruit if wanted. Overall a lovely time.

   It took almost an hour and a half to get our food, and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Once the food came, some of the meals were wrong. The waiter didn’t apologize for any of it. We had to get a manager involved, who tried to help make it right.

    Rainforest is for the scenery not the food, food is very average and too expensive for average food.
