Ramen-san is a bold and energetic neighborhood joint that slings hot noodles, ice-cold beer and rare expressions of Japanese whisky all to the tune of the best ’90s hip-hop in town. It respects the traditions but keep things uniquely untraditional in its yuzu sake bombs, crispy dumplings, spicy kimchi fried ramen and more. The restaurant is open for lunch, dinner and late-night dining seven days a week.

Our reservation was at 815 and we didn't get a table until 910. Not a problem waiting, it was really busy. They took care of us by offering free appetizers which was really nice of them. Service was amazing. Ramen wasn't just ok.

They overbooked the restaurant we had to wait longer than our reservation time almost 30 minutes. many people were complaining about the wait. the food was good, but it is so busy, food came out pretty fast tho. They wanted you in and out of the restaurant was what it was giving.

I enjoyed my food but my brother’s favorite did not. They were nice enough to comp it for us.

Food was delicious. Probably the best ramen we have ever had. The beer was cold. Overall we enjoyed it. Server could have been a bit more attentive.

We had the gyoza, tuna tartare, chicken nuggets and several Ramen bowls. Everything was delicious, but the pork belly was outstanding!
