Rampoldi, located near Lincoln Center, Central Park and Columbus Circle, under the guidance of Michelin-starred Chef Antonio Salvatore, partner of MC Hospitality Group has opened their first New York location, offering same feel and menu as its original location in Monaco.
Opened in 1946 in the heart of the Principality of Monaco, nowadays Rampoldi is an institution and a symbol of Monte Carlo. Over the years it became a place where local and international celebrities meet, so the restaurant decided to widen its brand overseas in the city of the American dream, New York.
Label of luxury, class, and sophistication all over the world, Rampoldi spreads the Monegasque way of life and the peaceful elegance of the Côte d’Azur: the inheritance of what embodies the soul of Monte Carlo from more than seven decades opens to future and new challenges.

Rampoldi has become our go-to for special occasions, and our latest visit proved why. The elegant yet inviting ambiance set the stage for an unforgettable evening. I had the eggplant parmesan, rich and flavorful, while my wife’s halibut was perfectly cooked. The service was impeccable—attentive yet unobtrusive. Rampoldi consistently exceeds expectations, and we can’t wait to return!

Wonderful experience! David, Joseph and Andrea are great! The entire staff is amazing! Food awesome ambience incredible. Ask for a tour it has some hidden gems!

A stunningly beautiful restaurant with hardly any dinners. Halibut had to have been frozen not fresh. Tiramisu dessert was leaden heavy dry cake with too much sneeze inducing cocoa powder on top. Prepared well in advance. Dover sole was fine.

UWSer here. Family and I ate at 7:00p on a Saturday after the theater crowd had departed, the restaurant was 2/3 empty, yet the wait service was painfully, painfully slow. Sat for 15 minutes before our server first came to the table, it was like that the rest of the evening with long stretches of inattentiveness. Food was above average, but not enough to compensate for the poor service. Definitely feels like management made a business decision not to invest in the quality of their servers. For the prices, one can get a lot better value elsewhere around Lincoln Center and in the neighborhood.

WE have been there twice before always excellent. We did not order price fixe as was not available on a Saturday Night. Firstly Service Painfully slow, took almost 1/2 Hour to even come over for drinks and menu. We said we had a Lincoln Center show but it made no difference. Food was average , Pasta was dry, Fish undercooked . Salad fine . Desert was good Wine service was Fine and Fair price, There was no manager circulating so, no one to help us out. Had to skip coffee despite the fact we were there 2 1/2 hours before show. Had to BEG for bill so we wouldn't be late.

Rampoldi is about as good as you can get as long as you’re willing to forgo a Michelin star. The service is dedicated and thoughtful, though not of the highest standard. The food is excellent and well prepared. We shared a Branzino for two, and it was perfectly cooked and succulent. The table-side carving was a little awkward and the fillets were broken into pieces with a few bones. Regardless it was a delicious meal and I highly recommend. The seating is very comfortable especially for people who have back issues.
