   Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Thoughtful service, meticulous Mandarin tasting menu and explanations of the dishes, and I so appreciated the accommodations of my dietary restrictions (Celiac disease). Thank you, Rasa!

   Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience. From the minute you check in and are seated in their lounge you receive a drink and your first course. Then you are escorted to your personal table while you watch the chefs, prepare the remaining five courses.  the service was impeccable, and the dishes were definitely unique and like nothing we’ve tasted. Definitely a must do when you were in the grand Caymans if you are a foodie.

   Food was the best we’ve ever had in the Caribbean and service was wonderful. They made such an effort to accommodate my dairy allergy by making dairy free versions of so many items. It’s rare I get to enjoy the same menu as others, and it was a special treat.

   Oh wow! What a night to remember! Rasa had just changed their menu recently due to the Chinese New Year & we had an epic night welcoming the New Years with a fusion of flavours from Asia. Some dishes blew my mind to the point I didn't want it to end. The attention to detail from all the staff, seeing the chef preparing the dishes & serving it to us, presenting all the details, process and elements combined we were about to experience, was fantastic! This experience reminded me of many elements of my favourite restaurant, which is in Beijin and my heart was overjoyed. Rasa brought nn experience which calls us to be fuly present, tastes which touched us deeply. Thank you to the chef & thank Império, our dinner host, who was so kind, knowledgeable and attentive to everything during our experience! Back home and I found out what Rasa stand for in Malay and Sanskrit... What a beautiful meaning! Thank you again and again!

   This was my second time to Rasa and it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the Asian inspired menu for this quarter. The pork belly was to die for. It was a perfect Valentine's stop.

   A great dining experience for our first wedding anniversary! The food and cocktail pairings were delicious. They’re very attentive to our allergy/food preferences as well.

    Amazing as usual with the perfect size plates. Every bite is delicious! Chef Tom knows what he is doing and love that you can watch them while they do it.
