   Reservations were for 815 arrived 10 mins early just for my party and I to be seated 45 mins later. When my name was called to be seated they looked at me like my name wasn’t my name. They were overbooked and understaffed. The food was good but it still took and 1 and 15 mins for it to arrive to our table. I was disappointed to say the least. Will not return.

   I don’t blame the waitress she was young and you can tell very overwhelmed. Took forever to get drink refills, and the food barely came out we were ready to just get bill and leave. It took over an hour to get. If it was hot ok, but you could tell it had been ready for a bit just not bought out. Food was near cold almost. The main thing they were very unorganized. The front should of had two lines. One for those who already had reservations and one for those who did not. That caused those with reservations to be told now they had to wait.

   They were not prepared at all for Christmas service. They had 2 waiters. We waited for more than 15 minutes for our table despite of having a reservation. The server was nice enough but we saw her very infrequently. The restaurant was cold and dark and the food was almost inedible. Will never go back for any reason.

   For this price point, great food and exceptional service. They even gave our kid a free dessert for his birthday.

   The service was great. We were instantly greeted by the host, who pulled up our priority seating information quickly. Our food was delicious and served in a timely fashion.
