It was Valentine’s Day so I get being busy. However we made a reservation and upon arrival was told to hat it would be a 45 min wait. Had we not had a reservation I get having to wait, but don’t take reservations if you can’t honor them. Waste of time

As for the meal and food it was normal Red Lobster quality and not a problem. And our server was great so nothing to take away from her. But as for the restaurant itself… they shouldn’t even be allowed on the OpenTable app because they know only how to take reservations but not keep them! We made our reservation for 6pm and wasn’t sat until 6:35pm. They aren’t keeping tables open for reservations and are only using them as a call ahead place so anyone with reservations had to wait 30-45 minutes once they arrived! Those are not reservations and so they should not even be allowed to be on this platform!

Celebration for 6 yr old birthday. Very good food Atmosphere was good. Very quiet. Not many ppl Waitress was slow on bringing our drinks. Also slow on taking orders. Overall good experience. Thank you
