Dining at RED O is an experience like no other that offers a unique combination of Prime Steak and Seafood with Rick Bayless’ signature Mexican inspired influences. With sustainably sourced and local ingredients, RED O creates flavorful dishes true to the authentic flavors of Mexico. RED O’s team of friendly employees creates a welcoming atmosphere that parallels the luxury resort interior of the restaurant. RED O also features an impressive bar and lounge where you’ll find specialty cocktails, an extensive tequila list and an award winning wine list. The bar also offers Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. daily and Late Night Happy Hour from 9-11pm Friday-Saturday.

    Celebrated an anniversary and the staff was amazing and gave us a very warm welcome. Second year celebrating at Red O. Will be back next year. 🙂

    Great food. Great experience… waiter Rudy was very attentive as well as the other wait staff to the table. Highly recommend. They also have a great happy hour!

    Service was good. Salsa and chips were marginal, salsa could have been canned or jarred. Appetizers (we tried many) were bland and not exciting, and there was a lot of cheese. Ceviche was not good. Too much filler and liquid and tasted bland and nothing like ceviche. Food was warm at best and marginal…more like a touristy place low end place. It’s almost like there was a bunch of crockpots in back and they just slapped everything together and everything was just bland. Sauces weren’t exciting or tasteful  ever

    We love to come to RED O! Everyone is courteous and attentive. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and the staff was so kind. They drew us a personalized card and the cherry on top was the dessert! Thanks to the whole team for making it extra special for us ❤️

    Our server Kevin was incredible! He was really on it. He made sure we had everything we needed and always came back to see if he could get us anything else!

    We celebrated my husband’s b day on Saturday night, with few close friends. We had an amazing experience!!! Service was just above and beyond! Food was delicious and fresh! Cocktails were outstanding 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 our waiter was just excellent! Highly recommend Red O to all!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!

    Pretty weak service from the younger bartender. We sat there for quite a while before he even noticed us because he was chatting away with someone, oblivious to the rest of the bar. It never really improved. Food is ok, but $22 for tiny little tacos and $19 for a margarita is ridiculous.
