Overall the experience was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The food portions were a bit small and menu items were a bit overpriced. They were selling a small can of Sanpellegrino Limonata for $7. We had the truffle chicken parm and salmon and the food was okay but not anything special.

My risotto was bland. His lasagna was okay. The meatball appetizer came with only one piece of bread, should have been at least two. The service wasn't great. Spilled water, very loud setting plates and cups down. Rested the water jug on the glass while filling. After eating and we received the bill we were told they were cashless. That should be posted on the menu or the door. We paid cash anyway but only did because we didn't ned change. I was unimpressed with the experience.

Arancini and the chicken parm with gnocchi was very good. 8/10 Caesar salad was very disappointing. It said homemade dressing made with anchovy and it was certainly a bottled or packaged dressing with no anchovy or garlic flavour. Tasted like a light mayonnaise with sugar. 1/10 Restaurant needs an upgrade. Hostess reception and bar are the same place. 🤣

We had a wonderful meal in this charming restaurant. Everything was wonderful from the salads , bread , pasta , risotto , wine and tiramisu. Very fresh ingredients. Overall perfect evening!

Our meals were delicious and well presented. The service was abysmal. We had to ask for a drink and to order food. We asked for pepper - never came. We asked for a dish for our clams and mussel shells - never came. Tables were being cleared when we were waiting for our bill so finally we had to go to the reception desk and ask to pay our bill . We eat out a lot and this was the worst service we have had at any restaurant . Not a repeat for us.

Red Rock has a more eclectic Italian menu than we are accustomed to. That said we composed our own dish of the spicy meatball app with the penne arrabbiata main - this became a stunning combo that we shared & loved. My inlaws shared the lasagna which was more of a white sauce and that wasn't as much to their own liking. The service was fantasic.

Loved this place! The food was fantastic and service was great. I had the risotto and it was excellent. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu as everything brought out to the other customers looked delicious! I go to Waterton every other year, this was the first time going here and I’ll make a point to go to this place every visit in the future.
