                                                                      Great upscale restaurant! Exactly what we needed in Mequon. One of my all time favorite Caesar salads. Pizzas and pastas are great too.

                                                                      Started with a great Bourbon Maple cocktail that was really good! Kaitlyn our server did a wonderful job answering our questions because this was our first visit. Burger was outstanding! Shrimp pasta with chili's was also very good. There's a bar right next door that had live music, but you couldn't hear it at Renards. Finished with the Creme Brulee and Gelato as a Birthday treat. Highly recommend for the Mequon area.

                                                                      Food and service was great. Staff was great. Major complaint was the noise. The restaurant is connected to a bar next door and the bass from the band playing was absurd! I’m fairly young and not sensitive to this - but it was really obnoxious and would deter me from coming back. I was with a 90 year old friend and it was very challenging for her to hear. Again, food and service and decor/lighting were all great…they just really need to fix the sound and bass next door. It’s enough to make me not want to return.

                                                                      Unfortunately, our server was either new or clueless. Seeing this was our first time there, we had menu questions . She had no idea what ossobuco was, directed me to a nearby table to look 🤔. A la carte? Read the menu. I ordered margarita pizza instead. My husband had to leave the table in search of someone who could get us butter, ketchup was next. I need not go on. Not a good first impression, we won't go back

                                                                      Our waitress Stephanie was fantastic! Attentive but not overly! Food was delicious. The only negative thing was we looked at the menu online and noticed that a lot of items were not on the menu. The menu is very limited. But we were able to find delicious food anyway! Will definitely return!!!

                                                                      Good service and atmosphere. Food was disappointing. Steak was not hot when served. Frites were fried to a cinder. Pasta and creme brulee were good.

                                                                      A wonderful dining experience with ambiance and fantastic, friendly, skilled staff. Scallop meal and the New York steak meals were chosen. Scallop meal was fantastic and generous servings, my New York Strip was prepared perfectly and one of the most tender NY Strips ever. The only reason I did not rate the meal a ten, was that the steak frites were way over the top too greasy leaving a trail of oil on my plate. Seasoning was fantastic, just too oily for me. Not be an expert of steak frites, maybe I was to have expected that presentation. Overall, we will be back.
