Named “Europe’s Best Hotel Fine Dining Restaurant 2022” by World Culinary Awards, Alfred Keller puts the island of Lošinj on the culinary map. Being one of only 10 Michelin-starred restaurants in the whole of Croatia, the restaurant, housed within the spectacular Boutique hotel Alhambra, serves up modern European fine-dining cuisine with the occasional Asian twist, using only the freshest ingredients, both sourced locally and overseas. The 3-course signature menu is complemented by a daily changing 4-course menu and an additional a-la-carte selection. Must-try dishes include Chef Michael Gollenz’ Adriatic Fish Fillet with Fregola Sarda and Oxtail Ravioli with Foie Gras, yet the menu also features comfort food such as a Wiener Schnitzel. The wine list with well over 600 positions has been recognized by Wine Spectator with the Best of Award of Excellence.
