Our $95 prix fixe menu offers three thoughtful courses featuring locally inspired ingredients and seasonal flavors. Begin with options like Hamachi Crudo with Caviar or a Savory Black Truffle Crème Brûlée. Entrée selections include Duck Breast with a Szechuan-Blood Orange Glaze, Banana Leaf-Wrapped Fish with Forbidden Black Rice, or Root Beer Braised Short Rib with Black Truffle Spaetzle. End the evening and the year with a sweet note, choosing from Tiramisu, Chocolate Crémeux, or Pomegranate Champagne Sorbet. Dine with us from 5-10 PM in our warm & inviting dining room.
