    Nourriture excellente mais le service était plus que moyen.. Dommage Pour y avoir été en décembre.. le service était plus qu’excellent ! Les attentes étaient hautes !

    Bravo à toute l'équipe du Fairmont la Malbaie! Notre serveuse au restaurant Bellevue, Melissa a été exceptionnelle. Le concierge, le service quand nous sommes allé à la pêche sur glace. Steve au petit déjeuner en plus du préposé à la chambre Orlando. En plus du chef René Privé qui nous a aidé pour la célébration de la fête à notre fils. Ce fut les petites attentions des employés pour nous qui démarque le Fairmont Malbaie. Merci! Très agréable et mémorable.

    Une serveuse adorable qui nous a donné l’impression que nous étions ses seuls clients. Des plats bons en bouche à des prix très raisonnables. Nous avons même eu droit à de petites mignardises pour souligner notre sortie en amoureux. Nous recommandons!

    Excellent repas mais service très lent et aucune anticipation de nos besoins. Merci à notre serveur James qui travaillait vraiment plus fort que tous les membres de l'équipe pour tenter de servir l'ensemble des clients. Un peu décevant pour un resto de la chaîne Fairmont.

    It is hard to link this restaurant with Fairmont. We had one dinner and one lunch there, same poor quality food, one hour wait time for some basic dishes. We feel we had to eat the food to survive because there’s no other choice in the cold weather. Service was ok but we really hated the food. Maybe chef was on vacation during Christmas.

    Nous avons souper au Bellerive le 22 décembre dernier. Ce fût très agréable, service impeccable et rapide. Nous avons été servi par Cloé, tres attentionné et gentille :) Les frites étaient un peu trop salées mais délicieux quand même. Nous allons revenir assurément !

    Steak medium saignant est arriver bien cuit et froid, commander un 2ieme breuvage jamais arriver mais ils me lont charger

    Malheureusement mes attentes n’ont pas été atteinte Hamburger et frites on aurait dit nourriture de cafetería. Assiette laisser à désirer. Froid Feuille de laitue fanée. McDonald offre de la laitue fraîche. Sans exagération. Pour 29$ c’est comme si mon hamburger aurait été lancé dans l’assiette. Et sans parler des pâtes à la grecque, assiette ordinaire, fade ne vaut pas le prix En terminant pour un Fairmont nous avons reçu repas de cafétéria
