Revel is a casual American restaurant and Gastro Bar located in Downtown Pittsburgh, steps from Market Square. Revel has a classic breakfast offering as well as a unique lunch and dinner menu. Our diverse hand-crafted cocktail options, including our famous 'Fire of 1845', along with our ample beer and wine selections offer something for everybody. Valet Parking available at 260 Forbes Avenue under the red umbrella.

    Huge disappointment. Our group came here for lunch before a show at Heinz Hall since it was within walking distance. Extremely slow service with just three other tables while we were there. Grilled chicken salads were mediocre. Sat for 40 minutes before we were given our drinks and sat another 10 minutes after that to order our food. Once we received our food, there was no followup other than to see if we wanted our check. What a waste of money and two hours of our day.

    The exceptional response by management turned a potentially bad experience into a great one. My wife and I shared a "Valentine's Dinner" at Revel last night. Our initial food order proved to be far less than desirable. Within a minute of sharing our disappointment with management, we each ordered a different entreé, which happened to be 8 oz. Filet Mignon, which were perfectly prepared and downright delicious! Thank you to management and a shout out to our server Hailey for going that extra mile !!! We are extremely appreciative!

    Overall experience was very good. They were a little behind with reservations, but it was Valentines weekend. That enabled us to explore the area and try out the Space bar. Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

    The risotto was so overcooked it was like little pebbles. The rest of the meal was delicious.

    We had such a great time! Our server, Jimmy, was so friendly and you could see the staff helping each other with running food and drinks. Food was delicious, all four of us liked everything we ordered and steaks were cooked perfectly. It felt warm and comfortable, LOVED the music station they had on. And Loved how you could see the BOH Staff working hard, 5 Stars :)

    We had a great lunch at Revel with business colleagues. The blackened salmon was perfectly cooked and tasty! Service was fast and accurate. Nice atmosphere.

    I had the crab cake and brussel Sprouts appetizers. Both were delicious. The crab cake was filled with crab, not fillers. It was well presented and tasty. The brussel Sprouts were enough to share and took the remaining home. We had dinner on a quiet Sunday night. Cold outside, warm inside. I highly recommend Revel.
