We are equally responsible for a misunderstanding that I wanted something from the starter menu for an entree. They brought that first. But when we realized that and asked for the other entree to be brought, we waited 20 minutes for that entree (pasta with crab), reminding the waitperson twice. Both times the server said it would be less than five minutes. We recommend that if there are two of you you sit at bar and order food.

Everything we had at RBK was delicious, from the creative craft cocktails to the vegan paella and the gluten-free chocolate cake. Beautiful decor and excellent service.

My suggestion for anyone considering doing a prix fixe menu on NYE is DO NOT! We had a group of 13 for Christmas Eve and to say they were unprepared is an understatement. Took over 90 minutes to get our first course. One did not even show up. Had to return 2 meals for being cold. Prime Rib was NOT prime rib. Portion was so small and meat was over cooked. We spent the evening complaining which was not how we wanted to spend our festive Christmas Eve. They did end of taking items off our bill but in the end we still paid over $1200.00 for truly the worst meal and the worst dining experience we have ever had. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else for you holiday celebration.

The restaurant was clearly stretched beyond it’s capacity Christmas Eve. They sacrificed good service and good food to book too many reservations for their wait staff and kitchen to adequately serve. Waiters 1) spilled my cocktail all over me, 2) delivered our dishes to the wrong table 3) took forever to serve the entree , 4) and when it did arrive it wad partially cold and unappetizing. They tried to make up with a free glass of wine but I would never go back.

We had the Christmas Eve prix fixe dinner, which required a deposit in order to make a reservation, and the kitchen and wait staff were completely overwhelmed. Service for our first two courses went smoothly, but then it got more crowded and things started to go very wrong. We waited at least 50 minutes for our third course without anyone from the staff ever saying anything to us about it. There was no point in letting them know, because most of the other diners had no food on their tables either. After more than half an hour, our waiter stopped by and cheerfully asked us if everything was going okay, as if he weren't aware there was a problem. The table next to us arrived at 6:30 and left at around 8:45 without having ever been served their third course or dessert. The table of four on the other side of us waited a very long time for their second course, then one person was served and finished before the second and then the third person were served. After a while, a staff member told the fourth person that they had run out of his order. We enjoyed the food, and this may well be a well-run operation on most nights, but I would caution people who are considering the prix fixe dinner on New Years Eve.

We had a very delicious dinner on Christmas Eve. The service was great. This has become one of our favorite restaurants.

Food was not very good. Had the rockfish which was salty and dry. Pizza was served later than all of the dishes.
