Our server was fantastic and the food was incredible. The manager even came over to take a picture of us! Incredible experience, a must for Valentine’s Day downtown! One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to.

Overall it was a good experience. The pizza was uneatable, and the manager comped both the food and drinks for two of us because of it. The rest of the table enjoyed their food. Our servers were both excellent but the place wasn't crowded.

Veronica and the rest of the team makes sure your experience, meal, drinks & service us perfection. Very friendly and attentive that we'll be going there for HH often now that we've discovered this place at the Fairmont!

The food was tasty. Service was okay but we did find an eyelash in our drink. They did comp us for the drink though.

Just wasn’t worth what I ended up paying overall. I want to give it a better rating because it’s close to where I live downtown, but it’s hard. Me and my partner went for a 3 course special they had. I believe I paid $150+ or something around there. Food was all around average, service was average, ambience felt a little too casual for the price and place I assumed it was. Maybe that’s my mistake for assuming, but I believe my rating is fair for this place. Would go back only for convenience sake and to try the pizza!
