   Unfortunately we didn’t experience what we are accustomed to on this visit. It took over an hour to receive food, 3 out of the 4 pieces of toast were burned, potatoes were cold…there were a couple other food issues. We didn’t send our food back, and we didn’t complain. I just expect more from this restaurant. I’m not sure if our order didn’t get put into the system or what, but there were 2 tables that were seated after us, received their food, and left before we got our food. I assume we’ll be back,…eventually. But I can honestly say that I don’t have plans to be back at this time. It is unfortunate though….we typically have a fantastic time and good food.

   Food was excellent. Service was excellent however they do not enforce their dress code, so I think that requirement should be taken off of the information for when booking. Ripped jeans and tennis shoes is not business casual or semi formal.

   Service and food were amazing! We split the truffle fries and I had the best salmon I’ve ever had & my friend said her steak was great. Only complaint is drink prices seem a bit high ($18-$20 per drink) - but it was a fun splurge.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Richard elevated our dining experience at RH Rooftop to something truly exceptional! His attentive service and expert knowledge of the menu made our visit memorable from start to finish. The Branzino was cooked to absolute perfection - crispy skin, tender flesh, and beautifully seasoned. The Bellini was a delightful complement to the meal, perfectly balanced and refreshing. But the show-stopper? The Caramelized Banana Split - an architectural masterpiece that tastes even better than it looks! The presentation was Instagram-worthy, and the flavors were divine. Pro tip: Don't skip dessert - that Banana Split is worth every calorie! Thank you, Richard, for making our visit so special. We'll definitely be back!
