Spartanburg's Finest Steak and Seafood restaurant. A Rick Erwin Dining Group restaurant located on the 10th floor of the AC Hotel in downtown Spartanburg. Rick Erwin's Level Ten offers a chef-driven menu featuring traditional steak and seafood entrees. We are located in the heart of downtown with the best panoramic views Spartanburg has to offer.     First time eating at Rick Erwin's Level Ten and thoroughly enjoyed it. The whole experience was great! Deanna T was our server and she was excellent. Look forward to coming back.

    Food and drinks were delicious. There were a few problems though. 1 when we arrived (albeit a few mins early) my table was not ready and we had to wait a extra 15 mins. 2 took 30 mins for anyone to even bring us water. 3 I ordered the she crab soup for a starter for myself (definitely recommend it) but I wasn't even brought a spoon i had to ask yhe busboy to grab me a spoon and by the time I got my spoon it was pretty cold which made me pretty sad. It was still delicious though. Although we both enjoyed the food and had a wonderful time these few things bugged me tremendously. We got there at 7 and didn't get to order our food for another hr and half. But I most definitely would recommend level 10 to others.

    Delightful experience. All the wait staff provided excellent service. Deanna is fantastic and is the best server in town.

    Heather was our waitress and she did such a good job! Food was excellent, as always. Red wine Sangria has rum in it, so be forewarned. This is a strong drink. Overall, had a lovely time.

    I took my sister to Rick Erwin's for her birthday dinner and we loved it! The ambiance inside the restaurant is lovely and tastefully decorated with a beautiful view of the city from the outside balcony. We sat in a booth that was extremely comfortable, private and perfect for conversation. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of menu items and made descriptive suggestions. The food was exceptional. We are very pleased. We will definitely be back.

    Either bad kitchen or poor service This place tried for may years to provide a classy setting for people visiting the area and especially for those staying in the hotel…. It serves those staying at the hotel and good for a group of visitors to town for a quick bite yet mingling and socializing more than focusing on the service or the food itself. For the locales who are seeking a decent meal in a place more than just a quick bite or fast food, this place is disappointing. I live in the area, I try to support this place, I visit it, gets disappointed, disappear and return in 6 months and ask if the food is still bad, they say they have new chef…. They change chefs so often that in 4-6 years a different chef cooks our meal every time we visited this restaurant. Just for a quick example about the problem with this place: I ordered a steak priced at $199 (yes two hundred US dollars). I ordered medium rare,,,,, so It came to the table Medium Rare and tasted amazing as it should be, But it was less than warm (room temperature) ….. I guess it was grilled properly but left on the table and cooled done to un-edible temperature…. I took few bites and took the rest home…. The wine that I ordered to enjoy with the steak came 8-10 minutes after they served the steak, although I made it clear to the waitress that I want the wine with the steak….. I already had my cocktail drink with my appetizer. So, you can see where the problem with this restaurant is. The reason why this place still surviving, Lack of Competition in the area.

    We were first time guests for a belated “Palentine’s” dinner. The food was amazing. Our server Heather was incomparable and an absolute delight! The wine and cocktail selection were great. They only had 1 moscato option, but it was a very good one. We had such a great time and will definitely be back. Rick Erwin’s never disappoints and his Level 10 is a perfect reason to stay in Spartanburg for your next fine dining experience.

    The service from Luke was impeccable and the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting Spartanburg, South Carolina.
