Marcella Schillaci, owner and Chef of the Bistrot Lo Zero. In her restaurant, you can find dishes of Fish and Meat, revisited or directly created by her. Over the years, her Restaurant has become a point of reference between Florence and the Province, thanks to the research of quality raw materials, km zero and bread, pasta and desserts all homemade, but also thanks to the attention to the customer and the creation of dishes at the right price, with a menù that changes often, but leaving unchanged the "strong" dishes.
