No email, no warning at reception, nothing on website/ social media to state that their was no Pizza, Garlic bread or chicken dishes. Huge let down as my partner only wanted the Pizza & Chicken options. Things happen, but given it was Valentine’s Day & I paid a pre £20 deposit a few days before you would expect someone to let you know before you are ordering with the waiter. Not the waiters fault, I actually felt sorry for him as someone in customer service myself, but we should have been told via email, website and/or atleast when we checked in at reception.
