Staff are untrained, everyone looks confused constantly. The seabass carpaccio was terrible because they put fish sauce in the sauce which made the taste overpowering. There is a terrible smell coming from the bathroom that can be smelt through the entire restaurant. Don’t waste your money.

We had a lovely light two course meal and cocktails here. Service was excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. It was quiet this evening and that’s a shame when other restaurants were clearly so busy - but it was great for us. I used to work in the plaza and enjoyed reliving my time in this beautiful place.

It’s a good experience, with ambience. The food, whereas it’s nice the portions don’t warrant the big prices

The experience from entering the venue to be sat at a table and ordering drinks was so bad that we had to leave it without ordering anything. 1. Broken escalator and lift 2. Strong smell from the toilet across the dining room even after changing tables to be positioned further from the toilets 3. Manager trying to sell us different vintages of wines to what was listed on the menu, patronising us by telling that wine estates run out of vintages instead of apologising for their menu not corresponding to the actual wine stock. We tried 3 different bottles and the situation was the same. We wanted an older wine but were presented with younger vintages. If you are a Londoner, this place is definitely not for you. It's a tourist trap! Disappointed!

Excellent experience! I’ve taken my friends to Riviera a few times, and all of them absolutely love it here. The restaurant is welcoming and beautifully decorated. The menu offers a great selection of dishes, and one of my favorites is the truffle gnocchi. The octopus is also impeccable. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!
