    This was our second time dining at root and bone and the food was as sensational as it was the first time. Unfortunately the service left a sour taste in our mouths. Our server didn't come by our table for at least 10 minutes when finally a hostess came by and took our appetizer order. 5 minutes after that our server came by to ask if we wanted drinks. When we let him know we would not be drinking for the evening, his attitude changed. It seemed he was actively going out of his way to ignore us. He went by the table that ordered a bottle of wine 4 times to see if they were ok but never asked us if our dinner was ok or if we needed anything while we were eating. We sat for upwards of 12 minutes until our water glass was refilled. We had to ask to see a desert menu and at the end of the evening he mumbled out an insincere good night which really nailed the coffin in his service. As far as food goes, the BLT fried green tomatoes have to be the most unique and delicious take on a classic fried green tomato. But if there is one thing you try it must be the goey sweet corn souflee. Truly the best dish in Indiana!

    We came at a super packed lunch time on the weekend. Our server was attentive. Drinks were phenomenal. Biscuits were amazing. We both got the fried chicken sandwich. It was great just a touch overcooked for our liking. Just the slightest. Definitely will be back in the future to try more items.

    We had a great experience at Root & Bone. The food was great and the service was exemplary. Our server was amazing as was the GM greeting us. Highly recommend!

    Our dinner and drinks were outstanding. I had the fried chicken and my husband had the ribs. The portion sizes were just right. We both had the Daisy Mae tequila drink and shared the Banana Creme Brulee. Highly recommend!

    Have been here a few times. Great everything about this place. A couple of friends joined us, their first time. They loved it as much as we do! Best ribs ever!!!

    Bartenders were fun & engaging, enjoyed our cocktails before sitting down for dinner. The food was very good, I had the shrimp & grits and it was very tasty. My husband had the ribs and they were excellent! My daughter and her boyfriend had the fried chicken w/ Mac and cheese which they both really enjoyed. We also ordered the angel biscuits for the table, some of the best ever. Our daughter attends Butler University and this was our second visit to Root & Bone, we love it it & will definitely be back.

    This was our first time dining at Root and Bone. I wish we had tried it sooner as everything including the ambiance, food and service were excellent! We will definitely be back as there were so many more delicious items we would like to enjoy. Highly recommend this dining experience!
