If you like Mexican food dishes, this is the place to go. The Comi-con event was in town the evening we went, the restaurant was pretty full of customers, and the servers were very busy. However, our service was excellent. Our server was patient with us, explaining the menu (we had the Valentine's Day special), and the meal was served at a very comfortable pace. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. We had "take home" leftovers, enough for another meal. It was mostly full of people while we were there and the tables are fairly close together, but the noise level was acceptable. My wife and I could talk without having to raise our voices. This was our first visit there but it won't be our last. Like everything else at National Harbor, it was a bit pricey, but on a "you get what you pay for" scale, we got our money's worth. I would recommend this location for a date night, anniversary or other special occasions.

The service, experience, location, was great, but the food was ok, for prices they charge i should expect to at least season the steak, but it was bland, shrip undercooked, and chiken over cooked, it was really expensive, bur the service was amazing 👏

The only good food is the chips and guacamole. Drinks are expensive and small for the price. The food was mediocre.

Rosa Mexicano is not what it once was. The service was good and I appreciated our server. However the guacamole portion was scarce and not spicy despite requesting spicy and the drinks were awful. They remade our drinks and they were a little better but margaritas at a Mexican restaurant should be outstanding. Due to this we decided not to order entrees and cut our losses at drinks and apps. Again thanks to our server for trying to make a not-so-great dining experience better.

Rosa Mexicano used to be my go-to at the harbor. Nowadays, the service has been terrible and the food has not been as tasty. There is just less all-around care and effort and this may have been my last time eating here. We ordered the guacamole which we had to ask for again once our entrees came out. The guac is normal served before the meal. Our drinks were never refilled in their cloudy looking glasses which, I assume, were simply cloudy due to dishwashing. At least that’s what I hope. My birria tacos were good but the consommé wasn’t very flavorful. The seafood enchiladas weren’t anything special and tasted like imitation crab was in it. I wouldn’t recommend that dish at all. The guac was good, as usual. Rosa gets that right every time. If you sit in the main dining room, it’s done table-side.

The overall experience was good. Food and drinks were awesome. I think the service could have been a little faster, but it was pretty busy that night.
