The Rose Park Bistro is located in Roseville popular The Fountain neighborhood. Our menu features comforting and flavorful turn-of-the-century inspired American tavern fare that is elevated with a modern approach. We offer a delicious variety of approachable items including fresh seafood, prime steaks & chops, and vegetarian friendly items that are all made from scratch on a daily basis. The Private Room holds up to 60 People. Extensive selection of classic cocktails with an award winning whisk(e)y program. Impressive food and wonderful service. Love the interior decor. The only problem we had were flying insects throughout our dining experience. It wasn’t one or twice but numerous times despite being seated deep into the restaurant away from the door. Otherwise a great meal and hope to come back again!

Two of us had Paella. One of the paellas only had rice, peas, one mussel and a few pieces of fish along with the lobster tail. The other one had rice, peas, prawns, fish, scallops, one-half of a mussel shell with no mussel and the lobster tail. The food was so salty, it was nearly inedible. The noise level is headache producing. The drinks took forever. I would NOT recommend this restaurant. The prices are out of range for such a mediocre place.

Amazing food, great staff and atmosphere. We had the Burrata on Crostini, Pappardelle with Short Rib, and Herb Crusted Lamb Chops. It was all seasoned perfectly and everything on the plate was so full of flavor. Portions were generous as well and we were unable to finish it all (but more than happy to bring it home with us). Staff worked the room like a fine dance and made sure guests were not left wanting. To top it off, prices were extremely reasonable - especially with the quality of the food. We will definitely be back.

My meal was perfect, Butternut Squash and crostini. My companion wasn’t so lucky. She ordered the burger with one minor modification, no aioli. The burger came with aioli. The second burger came and was medium rare and when how she wanted it cooked, she said well. The third one was finally correct. The lava cake was excellent. Madeline was excellent!

Wonderful upscale dining experience. Innovative cocktails, inspired decor, and the food is delicious! Our service was a little off on my second visit (sat for awhile before being greeted, got our appetizer before our drinks, took awhile to come get our dinner order) however first visit we had a large party and our service was great. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to spend a bit more money and have a memorable meal.

Sauces were delicious on each of our dishes, including the starter of butternut squash gnocchi with gorgenzola. The quality of the filet mignon was outstanding, as well as the quality of the bistro hamburger. Great bistro food overall. We look forward to returning.
