The Rose Park Bistro is located in Roseville popular The Fountain neighborhood. Our menu features comforting and flavorful turn-of-the-century inspired American tavern fare that is elevated with a modern approach. We offer a delicious variety of approachable items including fresh seafood, prime steaks & chops, and vegetarian friendly items that are all made from scratch on a daily basis. The Private Room holds up to 60 People. Extensive selection of classic cocktails with an award winning whisk(e)y program. Wonderful upscale dining experience. Innovative cocktails, inspired decor, and the food is delicious! Our service was a little off on my second visit (sat for awhile before being greeted, got our appetizer before our drinks, took awhile to come get our dinner order) however first visit we had a large party and our service was great. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to spend a bit more money and have a memorable meal.

Sauces were delicious on each of our dishes, including the starter of butternut squash gnocchi with gorgenzola. The quality of the filet mignon was outstanding, as well as the quality of the bistro hamburger. Great bistro food overall. We look forward to returning.

Second visit. Food is amazing. Staff was not the vibe today. Not sure if it’s because it’s Monday but they were stand offish

We ordered the Crostini, beet salad, and then teriyaki skirt steak and lobster pasta for entrees. Everything was amazing and we can’t wait to go back.

A real quality meal with an intimate setting. Staff is friendly and attentive. TV Show quality plating, only exceeded by the taste. You will live this place.

It pains me to give this review. The appetizers were good, drinks were good, the main dishes were fine, the service was fine. The restaurant was very pretty. I opted not to use the restroom as they clearly have a kitchen vent that ends up going into the women's restroom which makes it smell like kitchen smoke (not great for a date night to end up smelling like kitchen grease). This happened the first time I went as well and I couldn't get the smell out of my sweater until I had it dry cleaned. All in all for the price, we need better service, fix the restroom issue and level up / change up the main dishes. After a few visits you've had most of the menu.
