   Food was out of this world. Top notch service and I loved that the owner went to every table to introduce himself and ask how everything was. All in all, this is hands down the best restaurant in Oregon!

   Rosmarino Osteria never disappoints. We’ve returned multiple times for their Sunday pizza and gnocchi menu. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was excellent of course and Chef Dario always makes a point to stop by each table to check on everyone. A great place to eat in Oregon’s Willamette Valley wine country.

   I absolutely love Dario, his staff and his food. I had a bad table this experience but I’ll chock it up for the team…someone has to Next time I’ll know better to ask for a table up front.

   It was our first time there - it was recommended to us by others. We were not disappointed. A very nice person welcomed us, found our reservation, and seated us right away. A very attentive sever came right to our table, poured water & asked if we wanted anything to drink. He brought the wine menu and then allowed us to taste 3 different wines which were all lovely. In just a few minutes, another very friendly person brought us bread, olive oil, & wonderful balsamic vinegar and our drinks quickly followed. Our server was very friendly & knew the menu inside & out. We asked his opinion on what he liked best, he expertly explained his favorites & we placed our order. The bread was dense and flavorful & our beet salad was delicious & wonderfully different than any of us had before. Our entrees were delivered in a timely manner and we all shared our them. Each one was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and we loved every bite. This wonderful restaurant serves authentic Italian food, with the chef’s twist on each dish, and our meals were perfect. The owner came by our table and spent several minutes with us asking if we were pleased & if we were celebrating anything special, and he made us feel special and appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience (shared desserts were to die for). We can’t wait to go back and bring others with us - a delightful dinner & we highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates authentic Italian food and beautiful ambience.

   Outstanding food! The wild boar pappardelle was our favorite, but everything was delicious. We loved the atmosphere with Dario, the chef/owner, making the rounds with the customers. Will definitely go back!

    Wow! First the hostess graciously accommodated our arrival glitch. Then CJ and the food prep crew did a wonderful job preparing and serving our meal. Everything was truly world-class from the oil and aged vinegar served with the focaccia, to the home-made ginger beer, to the fresh vegetables and mozzarella in the Caprese salad, and the AMAZING short ribs and pasta. Wonderful food meets warm, capable service, it’s the perfect pairing! Thank you!
