Join us at our sought-after sommelier station to experience the best of food and wine that RPM Italian has to offer. Enjoy a specially curated dinner as the team pours limited availability wines from our cellar and explains how they enhance the flavors of each course. While the menu changes nightly, you're sure to encounter some of your favorite dishes from our menu. The experience is roughly two hours long and most dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated. Price does not include tax and gratuity

The restaurant decor is nice and is in a great location. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good at all. The spaghetti noodles were undercooked and salty, the meatball was so salty I had to drink water after every bite. The chicken parmesean was also salty but not as much as everything else. The truffle garlic bread had too much garlic. The best part of lunch was the proseco rose. The service was good nothing stands out as positive or negative. We picked the restaurant based on the positive food reviews but did not have a positive food experience.

I am like 20% italian but grew up in a very Italian (Abruzzo region) household. I did so much research before coming to Vegas and heard this place was spectacular, even better than Carbone. I will say the staff, ambiance and drinks were amazing however I hate to say the food was just ok. We got the a arancini, focaccia bread, chicken parm (which the chicken part was good) and the bolognese (pasta very chewy) not aldente. Sadly, I hoped for better. Could just be I was raised differently.

The in house made pasta was great, I got the shrimp pasta special and it was some of the best shrimp I’ve had for a long time. The service was great and the drinks were delicious.

I hosted a business dinner for this reservation. Our server was Patrick and he was fantastic! He was extremely attentive, followed through on every detailed request and was very kind at all times.

I’m a fan. And a snob. This was our most enjoyable meal in LV. Great service. A beautiful room. Delicious food. And though I’m traveling for business with a generous expense account, I truly appreciated the reasonably priced menu compared to stupidly expensive LV prices. Maybe it’s RPM’s Chicago roots but it was a relaxing, enjoyable dinner with colleagues. Keep up the good work.

We had a fantastic dining experience at RPM Italian with our work party of five. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Our waiter had a great personality—professional, knowledgeable, and spot-on with menu recommendations. We ran into a small issue with the bottle of wine we initially chose, but our waiter was incredibly patient, ensuring we were comfortable with the decision to send it back. He even brought over the sommelier, who expertly guided us to the perfect bottle, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. From drinks to appetizers, entrées, and dessert, every course was served with care and perfect timing. The attention to detail and commitment to great service truly stood out. RPM Italian exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning! I highly recommend RPM Italian restaurant.
