    Rang in the New Year at Russo’s, and it was absolutely unforgettable! 🎉 The ambiance was perfect for the celebrations—cozy, yet buzzing with energy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. The food? Phenomenal as always! The coal-fired pizza and delicious pasta dishes added that extra touch of magic to the night. Cheers to many more amazing evenings at Russo’s!

    The night we went it wasn’t too busy, but apparently they were very shortstaffed. We had one waiter and he was great, but it was obvious he was the only waiter and very busy. The ambience was nice. The food was great and I really have no complaints. We’ll have to give them a try again during the summer when it is nicer out. It was cold and rainy on this particular day.

    They were backed up with seating because lack of employees and no team work at all. It was one thing to wait an hour to get seated & the service was ok at first and food came out at a decent rate because not many tables were seated are being bust or lack of help. Once we get our food, we are pretty much on our own and got no other service. It appeared to the servers got into it one being ours & Took forever to get our check and get boxes so we could get out. I’ll definitely don’t recommend if you don’t have the servers to handle the business. But it was clear that there was no teamwork or initiative of employees helping each other run the business smoothly. Sometimes you have to do things that aren’t your job. I’m sure they would’ve made more money and tips that day if they had.

    Very weird and poor spacing between items taken to the table. Service was very slow. It appears it was due to very poor staffing.

    Had a group of ten for a special event, and it was perfect. The food was excellent and the service was spectacular. We eat here fairly often for the delicious Italian food, but this was the first special event we've had at Russo's. A+++

    Waiter was okay but would forget to bring us silverware, wine & watching TV. Disgusted with the constant flies, which caused me to not finish my food. Food was okay but probably won’t be back.

    Beware if you’re looking for an air conditionings establishment. The AC is out at this location and they seem to be trying to make it more comfortable with fans and a portable unit but it was still a little warm, especially since they have the open concept kitchen! We went tonight for Fathers Day and it was not that busy at the time we sat down (we did have a reservation). We were a party of 8 and they were able to accommodate us very well. Service was subpar, our waitress seemed preoccupied or inexperienced (couldn’t tell which). She took our drink orders very quickly and half of our food orders. We had to call her back to get the other half of our party ordered. We didn’t see her again until she delivered our appetizers. She refilled some of our drinks but since it was so warm in the restaurant we had to request more ice. The pitchers they use do not have ice to keep whatever is in them cool. Food was decent but there was a lengthy wait for our pizzas and it seems it not first ordered first served (a larger party ordered after us and received their mega sized pizza 10 minutes before our 16”). The waitress was not happy when we asked for an update on the wait. By the time half of our party finished their pastas, the pizza were just arriving. Checking out was also a hassle. Our waitress didn’t seem to understand how to split a check. Overall it did what it was supposed to do and we all left fed. Not sure we would return…

    The booth we were originally sitting in was extremely hot, we asked to be moved to an open table and it cooled down a bit. Would be a good place to sit in during the cooler nights. I had the ravioli filled with ricota cheese, covered in Alfredo sauce. It came with 5 or 6. They are enormous. (Literally the size of my hand). Super good. The bruschetta appetizer is delicious. Could choose from the 3 options, so we picked one of each. They were all good. If we lived here, we would come back more often.
