This Ruth's Chris Steak House located in the Denver Tech, Greenwood Village suburb of Denver, Colorado serves the finest USDA Prime beef available, broiled at 1,800° and served on 500° plates, so your steak stays hot, juicy and delicious from first bite to last.     I really looked forward and had high expectations last night, but it was less than desirable for the price. The food was mediocre at best . I sat at the bar one hour prior to my reservation and it took the bartender 20 minutes to even acknowledge me. The wait time was well over an hour past my reservation time and they were completely unorganized everything that was offered was not worth the money. I don’t have a problem with paying the money as long as the service and hospitality is there I expected a lot more from this establishment. As a corporate executive chef myself, I would not recommend this place.

    Josh was our server and somehow someway always has been and he is without a doubt an amazing server great energy great service just an outstanding guys the three ladys at the desk last night did so amazing at handling the chaos and staying so strong cause their was so much to handle to see the stress on their face broke my heart but without a doubt amazing women ending up tipping them each 20$ the worked so insanely hard and i hope they get the credit they deserve just outstanding women amazed me the whole night. The energy all the staff had was just outstanding with all the chaos around i will always be amazed with this location of ruth chris LOVE LOVE LOVE this location OH and not only that the respectful gentleman out-front doing valet amazed me insanely we didn’t even know their was complementary valet all the years we’ve came and he opened my door and put his hand out to help me out politely and as a female with high heels we appreciate that insanely i wish i had more cash to tip him more so now i will be more prepared next time i come he was such a gentleman i appreciate the staff and the chef and managers here insanely thank you all for ALWAYS giving me and my partner the best experience my favorite restaurant without a doubt -Natalie Carlson & Jeremy Giese

    Disappointing experience all the way around for an evening dinner, especially Valentines Day. Made a reservation two weeks prior. Drove an hour to the restaurant and was greeted that our reservation was not being honored and we would have to wait at least another hour due to a computer glitch for scheduling. I then asked why they didn’t call me to inform me of this delay in which they didn’t have an answer. Fortunately I was able to get two seats at the bar while I waited for a table. If I wanted to sit at the bar for dinner I could’ve gone to chilis. Took 1.5 hours to get a table and waited 50 minutes for the food. To add insult to injury my steak was medium well instead of medium rare so I had to send it back which took 30 minutes. So we enjoyed our meals at separate times which was not ideal for this occasion. Overall the experience was overly negative by a restaurant of this caliber. The only good thing was the friendly, energetic and apologetic staff. I will not be coming back to this Ruth Chris

    The food was amazing. They were over an HOUR late on their reservations which was appalling. They shouldn’t let so many reservations in or they need to enforce people leaving their tables after 90 mins, or so. Our reservation was for 8:15 and we basically ate dinner around 10pm. I felt horrible for the servers and staff. They obviously need better management.

    Made reservations for 6:15 for two guest Left the restaurant around 9pm. I wanna say the restuarant was severely overbooked. But the food and service was excellent.  We will be returning again.

    Way overbooked. Not honest with wait time. Should have offered Prosecco or something to everyone waiting.

    Understanding a Valentine's day Friday night dinner would be a busy time for this restaurant, apparent lack of staff or poor seating management earlier in the evening had us and everyone else there sitting / waiting for their table for 40 mins past their reservation time.....

    The service was great and the food was excellent. Anthony the busboy was a delight to see and visit with him again. My husband and I have met Anthony before on a previous visit and again Anthony is very friendly and outgoing. We were happy to see Anthony again.
