This Ruth's Chris Steak House located in the Denver Tech, Greenwood Village suburb of Denver, Colorado serves the finest USDA Prime beef available, broiled at 1,800° and served on 500° plates, so your steak stays hot, juicy and delicious from first bite to last. Drinks and service were excellent, food was great except for the steak pair, they put it on a sizzling plate and cooked and the plate continued to cook the medium rare steak well done

We’ve been to multiple RC’s Nationwide for both pleasure and business. This is by FAR the lowest rating I’ve ever given. You pay top dollar and expect the like. To start a ‘T Bone’ should not be under 1” thick, except for Waffle House, this one was. Next the dress code ‘standards’ have fallen off big time. I all honest my wife and I were perhaps a little over dressed (upper end of Biz casual) however, the vast majority were in flannel shirts, and ‘fashion statement’ ripped jeans. We we were both disappointed - BUT the service was exceptional, no issue there

Been to Ruth Chris 3 time -Twice in DC and first time at DTC All were awesome events. Food was exceptional service top notch and decor was excellent. We all ordered the Ruth Classic to me it’s well worth the price. The French onion soup was similar to european’s style. The side creamed spinach was to die for. The fillet was cooked med perfect. The dessert cheese cake was my favorite. This is a place you must go too.

Ruth’s is my all time favorite restaurant. But tonight, I had 2 orders that weren’t up to the standard I’m used to. Still was pretty good, but if I’m paying well within the hundreds of dollars for food, I do expect close to perfection. Didn’t meet that bar tonight. Hopefully, redemption is near.

Nicely separated tables provide for a pleasing, quiet environment, especially in the booths along the walls. Service is good and responsive, if not very personal. Our lamb chops entree was initially presented medium to well done, although we had ordered "pink" interior. It was also very oversalted. We complained. The dish was re-prepared to our order and was delicious. We were not offered any compensation for needing to wait for our order to be redone. Comping our wine, or our side dish, or offering a free dessert would have been appreciated and more in line with what is expected in fine restaurants.

Ruth's has outstanding quality and taste in terms of food. However, on this occasion the server missed the mark. At the start, we never received our lemon for our sparkling water, even asking for it a second time (and the restaurant was not that busy). Then, my daughter requested that her steak be cooked medium rare and they made it medium well, which was dry and tasteless. They did make her a new one, which was excellent, but she had to eat it after everyone had already completed their dinner(and she was already full from all the appetizers and sides). She ended up taken half of it home. I hope the manager reads this review and makes the necessary corrections to ensure a better experience for other patrons. This is the first review I have written (out of about 60 reviews) that is negative, all starting with the lack of attention and detail from our server.

Food and service were spectacular as always. We requested a booth, but the booth was in the bar section instead of the main dining area. It was very loud, and one group in a roped off area had a women who shrieked loud enough to drown everyone out.

Everything was outstanding including their consideration when I requested a table in a quiet area due to hearing issues. We loved the comfortable pace of the meal. We were in no way rushed. Steaks, sides and dessert were excellent. Will likely return to sample their seafood.
