    One of the best steakhouses across the country. Fantastic steaks and great service. Disappointing that the prices are very high, and many of the other customers fail to dress for the occasion. Sneakers, tee shirts, and gym-wear are not part of the dress code at this high-end restaurant. James provided superb service.

    All was fantastic. It was very loud as we sat next to a group of people that had about 4-6 big tables together. But it was Christmas Eve so no huge deal. Great food. Impeccable service.

    It was ok. Food was good but not nearly as good as it’s been in the past. Waiter was fine but not very friendly. Of all the steakhouses to choose from in the area, this would not be one that I would come back to.

    We've always been fond of Ruth Chris chain restaurants, but this one in Reston Town Center is the newest and our favorite. Same good food and service, but the ambience is great and parking is convenient at the free retail garage just around the corner. Of course, valet parking is also available. It's our go-to restaurant for special occasions. Never been disappointed here.

    Our team had a wonderful dinner. Our server Jack was great and food was delicious. Perfect evening.

    We dined here for the first time tonight and the service was so bad that one of our friends did not even get his meal at all! This is an embarrassment for a restaurant of this caliber!! I have been to other Ruth Chris restaurants in other states and this Ruth Chris restaurant is like a McDonalds compared to the others…even the decor of the restaurant is lack luster and is certainly not on par with other Ruth Chris restaurants…looks like a low budget version. The food was good but not great…Morton’s is a better option

    Amazing service in the restaurant. Food was perfect. The best part was outside. I dropped my wallet and it fell into the sewer. The two valet gentlemen and the restaurant staff helped me retrieve it. This man went down 15 feet into the sewer shaft to retrieve my wallet. Hats off to the Staff here. They went way way above and beyond for me. Thank you so much.

    Our server, Michelle, rushed us and didn’t even ask we wanted more drinks or dessert. She brought over the check and asked if we wanted desserts to go. She didn’t ask if we even wanted coffee. This was a family Thanksgiving celebration at a fine dining restaurant - NOT Olive Garden. My husband and I are faithful customers but will no longer dine at Ruth’s Chris is this is the type of service we receive. We are very disappointed.

    Review for Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Reston, VA This Thanksgiving, we chose Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Reston, VA, to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The evening started on a high note with a warm welcome and exceptional service from Ross, our waiter, who ensured everything about our evening was perfect. For dinner, Corey opted for the sea bass, which was cooked to perfection, while I enjoyed the surf and turf paired with creamy garlic mashed potatoes. Both dishes were bursting with flavor and showcased the impeccable quality Ruth’s Chris is known for. We paired our meals with a smooth Pinot Noir and refreshing still water, which complemented the dishes beautifully. To top off the evening, we indulged in two incredible desserts: the rich chocolate ganache cake and Ruth’s Chris’ signature cheesecake, which Corey particularly loved. The ambiance, food, and Ross’s attentive service made this anniversary celebration truly special. Ruth’s Chris exceeded all our expectations and made our Thanksgiving dinner feel like an unforgettable fine-dining experience. We’ll certainly be back!
